Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the QuoteBack extension and getquoteback.com.
Service status
We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect your use of the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use QuoteBack only for legitimate business follow-up with people who expect to hear from you about work you quoted. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk email, harass recipients, impersonate anyone, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
You review every message
QuoteBack prepares draft messages, including AI-generated drafts. It does not send email on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each message for accuracy, tone, pricing, and legal compliance before sending it from your own email account. AI-generated text can be wrong; treat it as a starting point.
No guarantee of results
QuoteBack makes no guarantee of recovered revenue, won jobs, response rates, or any other business outcome. Recovered revenue figures shown in the product reflect the amounts you record and mark as won.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost. The Solo plan is US$19 per month, billed by Stripe, and renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel through billing management; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any applicable taxes and checkout terms are shown before purchase.
Your data
You retain ownership of the estimate and customer data you enter. You may export it to CSV at any time. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
QuoteBack works alongside services including Gmail and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of QuoteBack is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using QuoteBack and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable effort to give users notice and a chance to export data before termination for non-abuse reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page and communicated to active users.
