Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the QuoteBack extension and getquoteback.com.
Service status
QuoteBack is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited or revoked.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use QuoteBack only for legitimate business follow-up with people who expect to hear from you about work you quoted. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk email, harass recipients, impersonate anyone, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
You review every message
QuoteBack prepares draft messages, including AI-generated drafts. It does not send email on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each message for accuracy, tone, pricing, and legal compliance before sending it from your own email account. AI-generated text can be wrong; treat it as a starting point.
No guarantee of results
QuoteBack makes no guarantee of recovered revenue, won jobs, response rates, or any other business outcome. Recovered revenue figures shown in the product reflect the amounts you record and mark as won.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost. The Solo plan is US$19 per month and billing is not yet live. When billing launches, subscriptions will be processed by Stripe, will renew for the stated period until cancelled, and the applicable terms, taxes, and refund policy will be presented at checkout before any charge.
Your data
You retain ownership of the estimate and customer data you enter. You may export it to CSV at any time. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
QuoteBack works alongside services such as Gmail and, in future, Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of QuoteBack is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using QuoteBack and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable effort to give users notice and a chance to export data before termination for non-abuse reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page and communicated to active users.
